What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges (unless item arrived damaged), a $5 fee deducted from your refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks of receiving your returned item.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 30 days after delivery of the item. You will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return or replace the item.

Why didn’t I receive a full refund?

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
